He is Licensed to practice Therapeutic Optometry in the State of Texas since June
1995.
He is Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of Georgia since March 1996.He is
Certified in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease since December 1993.
He also has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Oklahoma state
University since May 1984.
Dr. Pham speaks English, Spanish & Vietnamese.
Dr. Pham enjoys playing Acoustic guitar and traveling.
Dr. Pham has been the owner of MC Eye Center & Optical since 1995. He is a trusted
Optometrist in Houston and Pasadena, TX. Dr. Pham offers complete eye solutions to
improve his patient eye health and overall vision.
Dr. Pham specializes in ocular disease, Focus in Primary care does eye exams,
specialty contact lenses, eyeglasses, Co-management, retinal disease care, dry eye,
irregular corneal issues.

Vietnamese Civic Center (VNCC) is a non-profit charity made up of Board Members and
other community volunteers seeking to best serve the Vietnamese American community
of Houston, Texas. Additionally, VNCC is committed to improving health outcomes for
our community and reducing the number of uninsured by helping low income and/or
uninsured families navigate through the systems to locate government subsidized
healthcare programs at low or no cost.
The Vietnamese Civic Center (VNCC) has been established to merge and
accommodate the nonprofit, charitable needs for cultural, social, and educational
enrichment and advancement of the Vietnamese Americans in Houston and its vicinity.
The VNCC is a multi-purpose facility with goals to encourage and strengthen the
Vietnamese American family and heritage, to promote and develop community
networking and bonds, and to bridge the gap of diverse Eastern and Western values.
